Reporting anti-social behaviour
At Salix Homes, we want to make sure that you live in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood. We understand that behaviour that causes trouble or harms someone's peace of mind, called anti-social behaviour (ASB), can be a problem. We want to work with you and your community to tackle ASB and create a safe environment.

ASB includes:

  • Violent or abusive behaviour, or any form of harassment
  • Noise nuisance
  • Criminal behaviour
  • Litter and fly-tipping
  • Failing to control pets
  • Vandalism and graffiti
  • Threatening behaviour
  • Hate-motivated behaviour
  • Domestic Violence and abuse
  • Use of Salix Homes property for any criminal activity

ASB isn't:

  • Babies crying
  • Noise of a child playing in or near their home
  • People using DIY equipment at a reasonable time of the day
  • Children and adults falling out with each other on social media sites
  • Noises caused by residents which are deemed as general household noise i.e. footsteps, dropped items etc.
